We are looking to recruit a suitable Architectural Graduate and Architectural Technologist to work on a variety of project types ranging from small scale domestic to large scale residential, commercial, and educational.

Architectural Graduate Job Requirements

• Architectural Graduate seeking supervised professional training prior to assessment for entry to the register of architects
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with colleagues, clients, contractors, and consultants
• Good understanding of Building Regulations, Planning, FSC, DAC, & BC(A)R
• Good presentation skills
• CAD experience
• Revit/BIM experience an advantage, but not essential
• Fluent English: spoken, written and technical
• Ability to work as part of a team, and to work on certain projects with time constraints and deadlines

Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

• Qualification in Architectural Technology
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience
• Proficiency in technical and construction detailing
• Revit/BIM experience an advantage, but not essential
• Strong working knowledge and experience of Building Regulations, Planning, FSC, DAC, & BC(A)R
• Highly motivated with good communication and organisational skills
• Team player
