This year's Careers Exploration Evening was held at the Drogheda Institute of Further Education, and, as always, it proved to be an impressive and meticulously organised event. The evening is an annual highlight, coordinated by the dedicated guidance counsellors from Drogheda’s secondary schools, showcasing their commitment to supporting students' future aspirations.
Targeted specifically at senior cycle students (5th and 6th years), the event offered a valuable opportunity for young people to explore a wide range of career paths and further education options. Discussions covered key topics such as subject choice, college courses, and the entry requirements for various fields, providing students with practical insights to help them make informed decisions about their futures.
Adrian had an especially productive evening, engaging with enthusiastic students from schools across the local area. It was encouraging to see such curiosity and ambition, particularly among those showing a keen interest in Architecture. With any luck, this experience will inspire some of these young individuals to pursue careers in the dynamic and creative world of Architecture!
