We recently attended the Drogheda 'Thrive' Initiative presentation in Louth County Councils office on Fair Street in Drogheda. The project is funded under THRIVE, which aims to re-imagine town centres and to transform publicly owned vacant or derelict heritage buildings within those town centres through renovation, renewal, and adaptive reuse. The initiative is designed to contribute to the creation of a Heritage Regeneration Plan for West Street, aligning with the “Town Centre First” approach based on the New European Bauhaus principles of beauty, sustainability and togetherness. More information on the project is available here....
