We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy office environment. This role requires the candidate to be available to work full-time at our offices on the North Road in Drogheda.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Experience in bookkeeping preferred but not essential
- A team player with excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, also comfortable working independently.
- A solutions-based mindset, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the operation of the Office Administration Function.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
