We were recently part of the Simon Open Door Initiative where homeowners received an hour-long consultation with one of our Architects. James, Adrian, Dyanne and Eoin met with different applicants and discussed various projects from complete new builds to small conservation and renovation projects. 'The RIAI Simon Open Door initiative is a collaboration between the Simon Communities of Ireland (SCI) and the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI). This is a unique opportunity to find out from a Registered Architect how you could realise the potential of your home if you are thinking about renovating, extending or building. In return for a donation of €125, homeowners receive an hour-long consultation with an RIAI Registered Architect to discuss building, renovating or retrofitting their home. All participating Architects are giving their time and expertise for free. Every cent raised goes directly to the Simon Communities of Ireland.'
