McKevitt King Architects and their client the North and East Housing Association have won a Chartered Institute of Housing All Ireland Award for Tooting Meadow in the Best Housing Development category. The project provides homes for 15 families and single people on a brown field site that was provided by Louth County Council and has been recognised as an excellent example of urban renewal.
