As you are probably aware McKevitt Architects are based in Drogheda, Co. Louth. We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our team to work on a broad range of projects at various stages.
Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM desired
• Familiarity with Irish Building and Planning Regulations, BC(A)R and BCMS
• Strong technical knowledge and construction detailing
• Proficiency in preparing planning applications, FSC and DAC applications, Tender and Construction Documentation, Health & Safety etc
• Highly motivated individual with strong verbal communication and organisational skills
• On site experience preferable
