Projects on Site

In the office at present there are over 100 different projects at varying stages. All projects go through a series of stages on their journey to completion: typically Design, Planning, Tender, and construction. However, not all projects make it as far as construction stage and onto site for different reasons: funding issues, planning complications, personal circumstances, etc. At the moment we have 25 projects on site;

  • New replacement house @ Bective, Navan
  • New house @ Carstown, Termonfeckin
  • New house @ The Rudder, Stamullen
  • News house @ Clontarf, D3
  • Extension & renovation to house @ Bryanstown, Drogheda
  • Extension & renovation to house @ Whitecross, Julianstown
  • Extension to house @ The Grange, Malahide

We are providing architectural services for the above projects (with PSDP and Assigned Certifier roles for most), which is keeping us very busy. Look out for our site signage on your travels.
