Two new period style red brick houses located on the Dublin Road, Drogheda. With an Edwardian influence these 2 houses are finished to a very high standard internally & externally. The original site contained a previous house that was demolished which allowed the site be divided in two. Some original brickwork and keystones from the demolished house were re-used in the new houses. Both houses are completed with very tasteful hard & soft landscaping, and hand-forged wrought iron railings to the front boundaries. The houses tie in very successfully with the neighbouring houses along this established residential road.
